Type A
This blood type has the A antigen.
Type AB
This blood type has both A and B antigens.
Type O
This blood type has neither A nor B antigens. This blood type is known as a "universal donor."
Type B
This blood type has the B antigen.
Rh Factor
If the blood has a specific protein it is Rh+
If the blood does not have specific protein it is Rh-
